  After reconnecting power to the OEM head unit, Toyota requires a valid Map SD card to unlock the infotainment system (anti-theft design).

How to Identify Your System (30 Series)

Please compare your Alphard / Vellfire (2015–2019) dashboard with the examples below. Only JBL Premium Audio is supported by this product. Other systems require dedicated products or replacement kits.

JBL Premium Audio — Supported

Units with JBL branding, usually with premium amplified sound system.
Supported by this product.

Alpine (EX10 / EX11 series) — Not Supported

Look for ALPINE branding at the top of the display. Requires the dedicated Alpine interface (separate product).

Fujitsu — Not Supported

Units with Fujitsu branding. Requires a dedicated interface (sold separately).

Pioneer — Not Supported

Units with Pioneer branding. Requires a dedicated interface (sold separately).

Toyota OEM Standard Units (2 variants) — Not Supported

Basic Toyota-branded systems with no third-party branding. These entry-level units cannot use an interface kit and require a full replacement screen solution (replacement kit available).
