  After reconnecting power to the OEM head unit, Toyota requires a valid Map SD card to unlock the infotainment system (anti-theft design).

How to Identify Your System (30 Series)

Please compare your Alphard / Vellfire (2015–2019) dashboard with the examples below. Only Alpine EX / X series units listed above are supported by this product. Other systems require dedicated interfaces or replacement kits.

Alpine (EX10 / EX11 / X series) — Supported

Look for ALPINE branding on the display. Common supported models include EX10/EX10V/EX11V/EX11Z/EX10Z/EX9Z/X9ZD/EX9V/EX9/X9/X9V/X9S/X8V/X8/7WV/7DV.

JBL — Not supported by this product

Units with JBL branding. Requires the dedicated JBL interface (sold separately).

Pioneer / Carrozzeria — Not supported by this product

Units with Pioneer or carrozzeria branding (e.g. CE900AL/CE901AL). Requires the dedicated Pioneer interface (sold separately).

Fujitsu / DENSO TEN — Not supported by this product

Units with Fujitsu / DENSO TEN model labels (e.g. ZX66T/ZX68T, Z66T/Z68T, Y64T/Y66T/Y68T, W66T/W68T). Requires the dedicated Fujitsu interface (sold separately).

Toyota OEM Standard Units (two variants) — Not Supported

Basic Toyota-branded systems with no third-party branding. These entry-level units cannot use an interface kit and require a full replacement screen solution (replacement kit available).
